"Somewhere Over the Rainbow" for me the best version of this song ever, she magically change the energy and the way this melody is felt.

Just a Home Video but She was so shy, did not wanted to be famous
Many producers were interested in other type of music but they wanted her very special voice, and so they were driving her towards other musical direction offering her great attractive contracts with succulent economical rewards; however, she never would change her style for anything in this world, and that style was Jazz/Blues and folk music, that mellow and soft way to tune in harmony everything that she was able to sing for us.

She does completely cool me off, for instance "Danny boy", that old folk Irish song, I must have listened thousand of times by  different interpreters, no kidding my father used to sing it as well. What a simple but difficult song to sing, holy crap it is all vocals and if you make a tiny little mistake, it becomes so obvious that you may want just stop right there. Nevertheless Eva sang it in the most sublime perfection and many people thought after they heard her that she was an incarnated angel because the sweet and unique tone of her voice.

Therefore the most sacred and famous tunes became completely anew and almost unheard, by just listening her the unknown was experienced somehow with a special atmosphere altogether and so every song she sang took an entirely  new dimension.  Thanks Eva you came from paradise and now you live there forever.
